Return Policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY
At Professional Diamond Stone Tools, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and tools. We want our customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase, which is why we offer a transparent 30-day return policy. With PRO-DST’s approval, you may return most items within 30 days from the original purchase date as long as the item is unused, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging. In each case, you must provide all paperwork, including product instructions/manual and your packing slip/receipt, as well as any other parts and accessories. A government issued ID may be requested as proof of purchase.

How to initiate a Return
We recommend that you make returns of online purchases at your nearest PRO-DST retail location. If you do not have a PRO-DST retail location near you, please initiate a return by contacting us at (602) 268-3361 or sales@prodstsupply.com. Our team will review your return and provide you with instructions on how to move forward. Return shipments must include a copy of your invoice and/or packing slip. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement product or by issuing a full refund.
Note: All returns must be approved by an authorized PRO-DST representative. 

Refunds
If you do not return the item to a PRO-DST store near you, the cost of shipping the item back to PRO-DST will be paid by you, unless you received the incorrect item, or the item you received was damaged or defective. You will receive a refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges). Additional services such as assembly/delivery fees may not be refunded once these services have been rendered by your local PRO-DST store. Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment. If a coupon was used to pay for your purchase, the coupon amount is forfeited upon return of the product. If the original form of payment is unavailable, we will credit your account the full balance. We reserve the right to refuse returns under suspected abuse or fraud.
It may take three to five business days to issue your refund. Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution.

Return Exceptions
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including custom-ordered products and items that have been used or damaged by the customer. In addition, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Our 30-day return policy does not include the following items:
