Eureka Quartz – Resin
EUREKA is a new polishing gel, special for polish quartz resin quickly and easily, just using a single disc machine. EUREKA QUARTZ specifically is the ideal product for polishing engineered stones quartz based (I.E.: SILESTONE?, OKITE?, SM Quartz?, LIVING?, GULFSTONE? QUARTZ etc … (*). Method of use :
APPLICATION ON TABLES, BATHROOM OR KITCHEN TOPS, BAR COUNTERS AND CLADDINGS
Substrate preparation: the surface must be dry and clean. Wash the material to remove dirt, any residues of old waxes and treatments (we recommend the use of our ULTRA STRIPPER); rinse very well and dry. Put a small quantity of product (10-15 g) on the surface to be treated, moisten with a few drops of water; place Eureka Pad on the gel and polish using an orbital sander with adjustable speed at low rpm, between 800 -1500 rpm (optimal is 1000 rpm). Work the surface until the gel is completely dry and the polish is achieved. Clean any residues with water and neutral detergent. If necessary, the procedure described above can be repeated.
FLOOR APPLICATION:
Substrate preparation: the surface must be dry and clean. Thoroughly wash the floor with a single brush and an appropriate disc, removing dirt, any residues of old waxes and treatments (we recommend the use of our ULTRA STRIPPER); rinse very well and dry with a wet vacuum cleaner. Put a small quantity (about 30 grams) of “Eureka” directly on the floor, under the natural bristle disc, moisten slightly, then spread with a single brush (from 150-400 rpm and a minimum weight of 30 kg) on about 1 -2 m2 of floor. Spray or pour water in case the gel dries too quickly during processing. After distributing the product, work the surface until the gel dries, obtaining the desired polish. At the end, wash and rinse with water and an alkaline substance (soda, bicarbonate or our LEM-3 or ULTRA STRIPPER detergent) to eliminate product residues and to neutralize residual acidity.
Coverages:
Approximately 30/40 m2 can be treated with one liter of product.
