EUREKA GRANITE
EUREKA is a new polishing gel, special for polish granites and gres quickly and easily, just using a single disc machine or a grinding-honing machine. It is possible to use it on smoothed materials, starting from grain 220 and above, or in alternative to tin oxide. It is a gel product, specifically designed to polish new granites and gres surfaces, or to restore polish floors that lost shine and color by high traffic. EUREKA does not contain lead.
- Method of use :APPLICATION ON TABLES, BATHROOM OR KITCHEN COUNTERTOPS, BAR COUNTERS AND WALL TILES:
Preparation of the substrate: the surface must be dry and clean. Wash the material by removing dirt, any residues of old waxes and treatments (we recommend the use of our ULTRA STRIPPER); rinse very well and dry. Put a small amount of product (10-15 g) on the surface to be treated, moisten with a few drops of water; place Eureka Pad on the gel and polish using an orbital sander with adjustable speed at low rpm, between 800 -1500 rpm (optimal is 1000 rpm). Work the surface until the gel is completely dry and playful is achieved. Clean any residue with water and Ultra Stripper alkaline cleaner. If necessary, it is possible to repeat the procedure described above.
We recommend the use of Eureka Pad as it is made with a perfect balance between the correct softness and homogeneous density, a ratio that enhances Eureka Granito by allowing it to quickly reach the working temperature.
FLOOR APPLICATION:
Preparation of the substrate: the surface must be dry and clean. Wash the floor thoroughly with a single disc machine and appropriate disc, removing dirt, any residues of old waxes and treatments (we recommend the use of our ULTRA STRIPPER); rinse very well and dry with a wet vacuum cleaner. Place a small amount (about 30 grams) of “Eureka” directly on the floor, under the natural fiber disc, moisten slightly, then flag with a single disc machine (from 150-400 rpm and minimum 30 kg of weight) on about 1-2 m2 of floor. Mist or pour water in case the gel dries out too quickly during processing. After distributing the product, work the surface until the gel dries, obtaining the desired polish. At the end, wash and rinse with water and an alkaline substance (soda, baking soda or our ULTRA STRIPPER detergent) to remove product residues and to neutralize residual acidity.
